Market Entry


This three month phase focusses on acquiring the customers identified during the previous work, and servicing those customers with the defined operations model. The principal activities are:

  • Sales, marketing and customer acquisition

  • Build the brand, through PR and targeted marketing activities

  • Outsource supporting activities in line with the plans developed in the previous phase

  • Build a base for sustainable growth. The sales funnel needs more opportunities quickly. And the recruiting funnel needs to be coordinated with business development.

  • Minimize risk. Costs and cash need to be carefully managed. Cash management will need to be tightly coordinated with the US in order to manage the inflow of cash with the early funding requirements.

  • Get to profit fast. The business needs to get through this early phase fast and start to generate the profits needed to justify further investment.
