Cygnifi
Philip Ellis set up the European offices for Cygnifi, an advanced software company spun off from JPMorgan.
The business was up and running within three months, and profitable after six. etc etc
Inktomi
Max Dobres established a pan European services division for Inktomi with clients
in the UK, Spain, Germany and France that was profitable from day one and grew
to support the software licence business.
Cambridge Technology Partners
Max Dobres led the Western Europe Region of CTP helping it grow from 40 to 200
staff over a three year period based on a sales process that generated 60%
growth per year annum with high levels of profitability. Colin Medway was the FD
during this period.Barcelona based health services company
Max is currently working with a newly formed health services company to improve
the robustness of the sales process and enter new European markets.
