Build Out
During this phase, the business continues to grow. The initial plans will be developed and expanded, in the light of the
knowledge gained during the first months of operation. The business will produce regular and predictable progress reports
on business development, sales, profits and cash. The following are the principal activities:
Build installed base
In source functions as business expands.
Maintain profitability
Expand geography and sector focus
Build operations and renew plans
During this phase Bookham Consulting works with our clients to help them
build an appropriate European presence based on results. We will provide as much
or as little support as required.
